Our clients are mainly companies that integrate our Services into their business operations. By using our Services, clients can exchange communications and data designed to the needs of each engagement.
At KeyPrediction we are aware of the importance of the processing of personal data. All personal data to which we have access will be treated under the strictest confidentiality, and we enter into agreements to safeguard, protect, and preserve that information. If your request does not meet the requirements above, we will request additional information within 5 business days; you will then have 10 business days to correct the omission. Once received correctly, we will respond within a maximum of 20 business days, and any approved changes will take effect within 15 days following that response.
Delivery of personal data is free of charge, except for justified shipping or reproduction costs. If you reiterate a request within 12 months, applicable reproduction costs may be charged, unless substantial modifications to this Notice justify a new request.
KeyPrediction uses security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. For certain services, messages and transcripts are encrypted during transmission. Access to this data is protected by multiple layers of controls, including firewalls, access controls, authentication, and monitoring mechanisms.
In case of a transfer of your data, the receiving third party will assume the same obligations that correspond to KeyPrediction for the treatment of personal data, and will maintain its own Notice of Privacy. In accordance with the LFPDPPP, there are cases in which consent will not be required for the treatment of your personal data, in terms of the applicable legal provisions, for the fulfillment of the purposes necessary for the provision of KeyPrediction's services. You authorize KeyPrediction to use and transmit received information for purposes including quality of service, in compliance with current legislation.
